The thread you put that response in is a support thread for that generator only and not other systems. Most members do not realize but the Board, Card, & RPG Reviews covers everything related to Dungeons & Dragons from spells, monsters, miniatures and of course reviews of other role-playing games.

Play, they were trying to address another player (somebody you know very well (laugh)) to a rule page for Dungeons & Dragons. Those same rules are hosted on this website and accessible via a direct link on top of the Member Wars main page. For some reason, nobody seems aware of this.
