SCHOOLS SELLING ADS, RAISING FUNDS TO PAY FOR BASICS, STUDY WARNS
One in three Canadian schools puts ads on its walls and others raise funds to pay for everything from library books to school supplies, a Canadian Teachers' Federation study suggests.

Wow, thats not a good sign when schools cannot get enough money from the state and from people to give the children a good education. When you lose the basics that are essential to the teaching of children, you will lose an entire generation that you cannot get back. Now I have not heard anything recently so maybe (hopefully) they have help clear this problem of money up or else they will be in big trouble down the road.
