To all (But mostly to Kittenpunk and Brunconero):

Hi all, sorry if I haven't been very active. I had started not feeling well early in the week, and it all came to a head on Thursday.

I just got out of the hospital today. I had gone in with a high fever and swollen lymph nodes. The fever is down to agreeableness where they felt I could come home and finish my medication here. I'm writing this to let you know I'm really tired, but I'll try to make it back on later tonight to post in both games. Again, sorry if I've held either game up.

P.s. When it rains it pours. My mother also went to the hospital Thursday late at night. It was her last day of being a teacher to become happily retired. She went to the nearby High school to cheer on her former students, and after the graduation someone hit her as she was crossing the street 'CORRECTLY'(In the crosswalk) to get to her car. She is coming out today as well with 7 cracked ribs and a broken big toe.

P.s.s. We were in different Hospitals.

Wow, Steff, terrible news. Don't worry about the games. Take care of yourself and only post when you really feel to: this is fun, not a duty, and health and personal life come first.
Really sorry to learn about your mom too. In cases like this, in Italy we say something that if translated would sound more or less like: "It always rains on the already wet spot", meaning that problems always come one after the other and rarely alone. I wish her to get better soon.

I've heard that saying to. Probably from within my family, as I've told before, are all Italians too. Well, ok, My Great Grandparents were Italian, the rest of us are Italian American. That saying is also like another I've heard, "Waiting for the other shoe to drop". Though that's more like a what can happen next kind of saying.

I'm better. I was able to start eating food yesterday, though it's still touch and go if it hurts as it passes my mouth/throat. On day three now of the antibiotics, roof of mouth, throat, tongue, and corners of mouth are still being affected. Not to mention the all day splitting headaches I keep getting.

So, at the moment I'm awake and (Mostly) clear headed, going to post.

Wahoo! good to hear your doing better. Hows your mom doing. I tried calling you another 3 times today. And sent a text I hope she and you are both recovering well. PS. I will be back home starting tomorrow and its only a week till the camp out if your going to come over or anything.

I can't really answer the phone. I'm unable to speak more than 2 words at a time without some pain. My throat likes to dry up and close my breathing options from me, as well. I would so rather have Bronchitis instead right now. Pharyngitis SUCKS!
