My name is Tonatha. I discovered this community while searching for some role-play in which I could be more descriptive and free. I am mostly interested in fantasy settings, but I occasionally enjoy sci-fi if the world piques my interest. Looking forward to getting to know some of you other players.

So, Ye be seeking Adventure eh? Ye be one after meh own heart. Meh mates have cut down several dragons in times past and we be always in serious need of an extra hand fer deeper darker dungeons of brilliant gold. Friend, get ready, cause we got to test yer abilities.

Here's the FIRST one: If ye be looking to get started with Dungeons & Dragons Play by Post then D&D Start Guide. Dungeons & Dragons here allows you to start participating immediately once thy character is approved by the Dungeon Master.

Here's the SECOND but no less important one: If ye be looking to join 'The World of Medieval' (Custom Play by Post) then thou needest a minimum of 30 Constructive Posts within this here Community. Thy posts should be within the Rules or they will be deleted. Ye may post anywhere in the Community to make thy 30. Perhaps the Board, Card, & RP Game Reviews is a good place to start. Keep thy level of activity at 75% too, we be need'n active adventurers here not those that sit and play with child toys. Get started, select a Board, a Topic and then share thy views until ye have yer 30 Posts under thy belt then return here and request RPGer Status.

That's weird. I was looking over the welcome board and I saw someone join named Therman who posted a very similar intro to you but then they were either deleted or deleted their account, are you the same person? If not just forget my crazy rant and welcome to the forum.

I thought so. Horde already filled you in on what you need to get started. If you want Dungeons & Dragons you can start right away but if you're going for Future Earth then you'll need 30 posts. I'm in Future Earth but not Dungeons & Dragons so depending on which you choose I'll see you around.

Hello Tonatha, welcome aboard. If you are interested in Dungeons & Dragons, we have a game running in the Member Wars board. I would suggest you to take your time and have a look at rules and setting first, but don't take too long because I'm accepting the last character for the game.

Thanks for the invite, Bruconero. I'm visiting with family today, but I am very interested in joining your campaign. I've read about half of the posts in the current one thus far, and I plan on creating a character tomorrow. I hope that works. If not, I'll catch the next one.

So far the party has:
1 ranger
1 paladin
1 rouge
1 druid
1 cleric
1 fighter
1 sorcerer

But, pick whatever you want to play!
And, do read over the setting it's amazing and will help you with a short back story. Hope this helps.
