Who or What in your opinion was the worst Business Transaction for the past year 2012?

Transaction Business Worst
In two cases this past year people requested work to be done, I did it, they agreed I did it well and said they would pay but did not - fraudsters. I now have to unfortunately be more suspicious of new clients because of this and request a deposit for coding work up front which I didn't before.
