Tobago and Trinidad Worst
The worst part of 2012 was watching the general disrespect of people for each other. From man on the street to those you think would know better they all seemed to be more sarcastic and disrespectful in their tone having no consideration for the people that it might affect or how it might affect them. This is more evident at ground level where saying "Thank you" or "Good morning" or "Please" is a task for many. There is no problem in their minds to push or take advantage of another if it can be done. This is more evident when you conduct simple business transactions.

Lack of respect and horrible costumer service. I'm tired of going to Pennywise in Charlotte Street and see the costumer service representatives sitting down chatting while there are people standing there in front of them waiting to get their products. Also, the lack of cleanliness all over Port of Spain.
