I like it when my players ask things I try to look things up to expand my own knowledge and condense the information down to help them, with out overloading them with facts or options meant for campaigns with level 20+ characters. I tend to avoid shearing the advanced information as not to confuse my fist time players such as Felipe and Krusten when she was playing. I always suggest they look it up if they want more information on it them my quick answers offer.
I would like one at some point, but I think, I'm having fun with my, errr Izumis spear/sword combo.
Also KNtoran, I beat you by a year. First time I played Dungeons & Dragons, I was 5 in 1980. It was my elder brothers game he got for his birthday. I made a Dwarven fighter. He got bored with the game and as Dungeon Master killed my character off by having him fall in a well and breaking his legs. With no one around he told me my character had died-The End...I cried so much .
I think about it know and laugh, mostly because I had no idea what I was doing. I only knew I was trying to please my brother.
I remember all my characters I had when I first started. When I finally got a character past the third level I celebrated. I think I went through 20-30 characters before I got one going well. I had a couple harsh Dungeon Masters but I learned a lot.

KittenPunk, I use the member wars dice and probably it has glitches that causes it to give me random results even it is over 20. But next time I will check the results more carefully and if it is a number over 20 I will roll again until the result is 20 or under OK?
