Holly peers towards the sounds (spot check: 12+8=20) and sighs. "Oh my, no ideas.."

She peers at those stuck up on the rock and she doesn't hear a thing (listen: 1+8=9)

"I have no ideas, but I have a really bad feeling about this." She fingers her blade, knowing it might not even be a toothpick. Maybe a splinter. That's it!

(Bluff check: 17+6=23)

She hollers at the creature. "Back off or I will stab you with Fendrill's Splinter!" She speaks in a whisper to her companions around her, "All magic blades should have names, right? At least it's not the Splinter of God, eh?" She smirks at her companions and prepares to bolt if things turn ugly.

Proas looks over the cliff side at the mound of half butchered octopus playing dead in a heap of useless meet on the lake bed after hearing Holly's boastful call, he busts in to a full and deep string of laughter grasping at his side as a smile hits his face.

Wiping tears a way from his eyes he turns to Holly and shrugs. "I think you killed it miss holly, I think you have kill it." He repeated.

The laughter echoed in the cave room full and rich and deep.

Out of Game: Spot check = 13 + 2 = 15
Tie Rope = 18 + ? = ?

Sorry I haven't been so active recently, the internet was down at my apartments. It seems to be fixed now, though.

The rope is tied strong and provides a way to climb down the steep curve of the lake bed.

Out of Game:
Make a climb check to make it down with out your hands slipping and making you fall. If you wish to go down to the lake bed full of gold and random things.
