In Game: Felipe thought to himself while looking around "Wow, a lot of nice here". He will pick up around 50 gold coins and some gems, he will take a closer look on the magical items and armor and the weapons too to scan them.

Izumi nods to Yaeth and grabs the rope to go down after her son. Even barefoot herself, she knows how to maneuver around a rope descent as if she's done it before; she has.

On the ground once again, Izumi calls up to the others, "May I have my boots as well, please? Be careful though, Whisp is with my items as well. Just let him know you're there, is all."

"Agh!" Alexander coughs as Holly clings to his shoulders. He lifts her so she is able to sit on his shoulders, "Don't worry, I'll protect you."

He draws his sword, looking around for threats.

Elrik looks over to find Izumi's boots by the wall. He had not noticed them but she had tucked them well off to the side in a good place encase combat had taken place they would not of been tripped over.

As he approached the boots he says "here nice snake um Whisp, your master needs her boots." A silvery flash of movement darts out from the boots startling Elrik. The snake moves to the rope zipping past the members of the party left on the cliff top. And in a coiled movement slithers down the rope til it hits the steep curve of the lake bed wall then it used the ramped sides and there steep slope to go faster and charges, slithering to its masters side.

Elrik picks up Izumi's boots. Then, giving a call of, "Ready?" Throws them one after the other down to her from the blank above.

Felipe pockets as much gold as he wants, he grabs a gem that looks like it could be a sapphire or blue diamond about the size of his hand and shoves it in a belt bag on his hip.

His eyes glitter in a greedy way the way most Peoples eyes might at the sight of this wealth. He picks up a lump of chain mail. Its silvery blue links glint in the light of the room. Its so light wait in his hand he would of thought it cloth. "Wow" A single word breathless and low leeks out form his lips.

The rooms seams to drop and other degree of cold, every one but holly is still damp and wet from there swim not to long a go. The chill is notable and the light change and movement in the air makes the hairs of the party's arms stand on end.

Haru stands boots on and box in hand. He opens it to see what the hand full of coins and produced. He smiles as he opens it; then, the smile fades a way as he dumps the box out in front of his mother. Sand pores from the box for a moment as the boy gives a sight. "Cant get something good every time." He mumbles shrugging and giving the box a light tap to get the most of the sand out before he picks up a smaller handful of coins to put back in the box for another try.

Alexander shivers with the room as it grows colder. He knows something is off about this place. And something is going on. But he cants see anything just as Matt looks on to the opening of the cave passage way seeing nothing but a darkened doorway deeper in to the dungeon, so dose Alexander.

In Game: Smiling greedily, Felipe decides to wear the chain mail to see if it works for him.

Felipe finds the Elven Chainmail to be a good fit. He gives a couple of movements to test it out and can tell it is of quality.

Elven Chain is extremely light chainmail it is made of very fine mithral links. Speed while wearing elven chain is 30 feet for Medium creatures; and, the armor has an arcane spell failure chance of 20% if your a caster or trying to sue a magic items to cast a spell.
A maximum Dexterity bonus of +4 can be sued while in this armor lucky for Felipe his dexterity bonus is below that so it seems to have no affect of his normal mobility.
The armor check penalty of -2 that the chain shirt has means that tasks such as running while incumbered or climbing up something will be only ever so slightly more of a challenge. It is considered light armor and weighs 20 pounds. This type of chain shirt is harder and not easily to brake. It grants a value of +5 to the armor check of who is wearing it.

Out of Game:
Elven Chain: light armor, +5 to AC. Check penalty -2, max Dexterity modifier +4
20LB spell failur 20%.

A chain shirt is like a dress of armor. It covers you from arm to arm from neck to nee. Front and back. Its not like clothing and there is only one chainmail you picked up. Sorry if you had any confusion.
