Izumi pockets the glowing chunk of crystal. She then goes into her bag and pulls out the waterskin, and begins to empty it in a corner. She then fills the skin with the water from the fountain. She announces out loud, "You boys should do as I am. The water they gave you is dirty and gross." Izumi wishes she could cast Detect Poison on the water, but all she can do is hope it is clean.
When it is full, she says to Matthias, " I am wondering if we have to offer the doors the water at the same time, or if we have to do it in succession as the writing says. Dragon, then Tree, then Key of Life. What does anyone else think?"
(Out of Character:: Kitten stated that I walked in as you were reading the note out loud, Fox. Also, seeing that my character came in the room a little after you did since she saw you leave the third room stashing a book as I went in. Noting you were in there, my character did a short look about and left not long after you did. So by the time Izumi came in you had the time to look around and find the note)
Elrik says I understand more to himself than anyone.
As he dresses he leaves his armor in the corner of his room. Taking his normal items, minus his armor. As he pulls his cloak over his shoulders he kisses his emblem to Er-u Tan. Walking to the kitchen he tells his mother that he will be back in time. And grabs some fruit and a piece of venison to chew on as he walks to the market.
As he walks briskly he thinks to himself how it is blessed day, one to dream of Er-u Tan but to be given quest or more a test. He walks to the market not saying much his mind swimming with what could be ahead. He feels for his chain in his sleeve not sure why he brought it because he is not to fight what is to happen.
He quickly moves to the fountain in the market before the 1st rays. And stands with his hands in his sleeves calmly standing waiting for his test. He mutters a soft pray to Er-u Tan and waits.
[Out of Character:] Wow! A lot of posts. I'll try to keep it short and specific in order to keep the story flowing.
[in game] "This doesn't look like a grove to me. What do you guys think?" Rudiger says. He wants to pick up the crystal, but is going to wait to hear from the party before he does.
Rudiger finds Izumi's logic to be sound. "Your plan is better than anything I've come up with."
Elrik stands in the market watching the people of Florana set up shops. While he was young he remembers a time when he would not be welcome to stand in the market place. He smiles quietly to himself as he thinks of all the changes that have happened since Co-stay's demise. He wonders if the rest of O"Taran has grown and prospered as well. He stands looking at the fountain pondering his dream. He thinks to himself he should have kissed his mother before leaving, but there was so much on his mind. He takes a bite of the venison and pockets the two apples from home.
To Elrik:
As you wait for dawn to come, the market slowly begins to have people walking about.
At first it's just shop owners, then slowly trade merchants arrive to sell their wares to the shops and restock the goods. The sun begins to rise and the shops start to open. In the distance of the calm you hear some one shout, "Stop Thief!, Guards! Guards!" you see a hooded figure running through the market from one of the nearby shops. He has a package under his arm, and is running towards the square. He must not see you as you rise from where you had been sitting to wait and slams right into you. You stumble back and as you regain balance, you realized the thief is nowhere to be seen and you are holding the package. Before you can react, a guard grabs your am from behind pulling you around, "Thought you could outrun me, did you?" A very well built guard stands holding your arm. The guard adds, " Caught you red handed, you little brat," as three less fit guards come up slightly winded behind him, and quickly restrain you. The thinnest of the guards takes the package and opening it, his facial expression seems almost gleeful as his eyes meet the contents. The thin guard then shows the items to the other guards but the parchment the items is wrapped in thus far has obscured it from your view.
After each of the guards have seen it, and the largest one having glazed last, the large guard laughs and says, "You don't mess around, do you boy. It's straight to the trial for you!"
You are properly dragged off and arrested. As they pat you down and remove all your items from you, except your holy symbol, basic clothing, and they leave you with the 2 apples inn your pocket after one of the guards takes big bite out of one, and spits it back in to your face. You are shocked as they pat on your arms and find no chain, in fact you haven't felt the weight of it since the man ran into you, but how can that be?
You know you had it on you, you were even touching it, until that man bumped into you in the hood!
The guards, after taking all your items, toss you in a cell and throw a small sack tied off with a string in with you. The guard laughs as he walks away. You hear the grinding gears of something mechanical behind you and turn around after picking the little bag up just in time to see the back door of the cell swing open.
You look out into the enclosed hallway. It leads to a small room, with three tunnels, above the tunnels these words are carved in to stone. "Here the Trial of the Gods starts, innocence will prove victory. May you pick well."
Which tunnel do you enter, the left, right, or center.
They entrees are round tunnel opening in the wall that slope downward in to the dark, each is lined with smooth metal.
Out of game:
Feel fee to make small tweaks, fill in reactions, words, and descriptions of your "Drama" as, the events happen. Also, you can go threw the bag before entering one of the entrees if you want to, just declare the action and so on. Role play it out as you like I will post and be active to get you in to game.

As to his capture in the square:
Elrik stays stone-faced as he assumes that this is part of Er-u Tan's plan. As the guards roughly handle him he thinks to himself, even if I wanted to fight this, four guards would be too many. He cooperates with the guards but does glare at the guard that spits his apple into his face. While his soul maybe filled with anger at the insult his face is a sea of calm. Elrik wonders what was in the package but he has lived in Danica long enough to know of the trial and assumes it was of some importance. To say that he had a small echo of fear enter his heart at those words of the trial would be an understatement. He catches his breath as he is dragged off, feeling the sun touch his face as soft and warm as the hand of his mother. Giving him strength yet making him long not to leave its warmth. That feeling is quickly lost as he is pulled into the cold stone building where he assumes he will be incarcerated until the trial starts.
In the cell: Elrik pats his arm and wonders if he was pick pocketed. He looks down in his bag and sorts through the items. After seeing what he has he collects himself and walks into the enclosed hallway. He looks at the three tunnels, holding his hand in front of each as if feeling for a breeze. In his mind he already knew which one he would take. He takes the tunnel on the right.
Actions: Search through the small bag and take the right tunnel
