(Out of Character: Izumi gathers as many as she can.

The trap will remain disarmed as long as Philip keeps his foot on that disarming pressure plate, thus making spear gathering easy for anyone else. There are 3 spears broken in half, and 6 heavily damaged ones but you can recover the spear heads if you wish.")
Aside from Felipes 2 spears, Izumi will try to get the other 4 spears, the 3 half-spears and the 6 damaged ones for the spear heads. She will drag them to the next hallway to work out the spearheads from the 6 broken shafts.
Note from the DM:
Since some of the players have been inactive I'm going to say given the previously agreed upon marching order and the fact the Philip is holding the the disarming trigger down, everyone moves safely threw the room. Now its just left to Philip to release the disarming plait and try to navigate across the room with out triggering the trap. Philip please make a spot check, and a dex check.
Out of Character:: Kitten do we hear the new entry? I don't want to move forward without the whole party but the soon we get that new player integrated the better.
In Character:: While waiting for the rest of the party Elrik scouts around the room, (takes 20.)

When the man staying on the trap plate come into the hallway, Izumi asks, "Shall we move on?"
She pockets the six spear heads she loosed from their broken shafts, and offers everyone any of the other spears or 'half-spears'. The ones people don't take she tries to carry.
As they pass the "X'ed" room Izumi looks in for any sign of anything, and moves on.
As they pass the "Bathroom?" area, Izumi looks to see if she recognizes the writing.
She also studies the "Safe, Disarmed" writing for anything familiar, before entering.
The word "Bathroom?" is written in a handwriting you do not know, and the chalk mark on the wall looks older with a faded quality as if its been there for a while just undisturbed.
The 2 words "Safe, Disarmed" are in 2 completely different handwriting next to each other, you recognized the word "Safe," to be in your sons handwriting. But the word "Disarmed" seems to mach the handwriting of whom ever wrought "Bathroom?" on the wall a bit a go.
