Izumi responds to Matthias. "Thank you for helping my son.. Perhaps you would also give Haru a spear to lean on as we walk?"
Izumi walks up behind the two to see the seal. "Well, it doesn't take much to discern that it's drawn with blood." She kneels down to get a better look, and sees that it's been walked through a few times,and maybe by more than her crew.
Izumi looks to her son and asks,"Haru, did you see this when you walked past it? If so, when you walked it, did you hear, see or feel anything, no matter how mundane?"
She looks back down before he answers to investigate further.

In game:
When Elrik lays his hands upon the boy, and channels his positive energy with the casting of the cure light spell a faint glow come from his hands as health returns the Haru. As soon as the cleric is done Haru no longer needing Matt's support stands on his own strength, thanking the man for his aid.
"Thank you very much sir um... I'm sorry I have not gotten any of your names."
Matt introduces himself letting go the arm by which he had helped support the boy.
With his right arm now healed he offers it out to shake the hand of the cleric whom has healed him.
Answering his mothers question, Haru replies. "Yes, its been there since before I got this far. I could not find any path around it so I walked threw it, but from what I could tell nothing happened. Sometimes I regret not letting you teach me your skills as a fighter or pure magic caster mom, but I do not regret the joy I get as a bard.
Although, down here I wish I had an Instrument to play even if just to pass the time with.
I attempted singing Summon Instrument, hell I even attempted to heal myself but its as if something or someone down here has been singing counter song the entire time. At night I feel like I can hear something distant singing form beyond the vent but I could not since the song to be anything that held magic in it. It's all most like the magic in my voice has been striped away by this endless network of gray stone. They where working before up top its how I got threw the locked doors and traps but as soon as I started down this maddeningly long hallway the magic was gone."
Izumi you have never seen the likes of this seal before. As a caster you could use detect magic to see if it is active just you do not know for which spell it could be just from your study of it.
What you do know is that blood is sometimes a substitute for seals in order to make them last longer, and sometime is a requirement for the eviler types.
Out of game:
I rolled for you on your direct action since you did not roll for the spell and healing amount. Don't worry it was successful and healed him most of the way up. (17 on the D20 success, and a 6 on the D8 + 3 for the caster level the boy heels 9 hit points.)

In Character: All these prayers makes Krusten giddy. She could hear their invocations and knows her god would disapprove of any association with these 'types'. She continues her search hoping to find something significant so she can move on to the next room.
Out of Character: I think it will be helpful if you use markers for us in the room like a "K" for where Krusten is, etc.
In Character:
Krusten finishes her search but finds nothing in the large room other then she can see; that, there is some dirt disturbed in the pit next to where Praos is knelt down.
Recovering from some dust in his eye, which should of cleared by now. As Praos blinks back in to seeing, he gos back to investigating the dirt spot directly in front of him.
Krusten may not like they goodie goodies she is stuck with but they could be useful as much as they also get in her way.
Out of Character:
I will be making markers for you guys in combat rounds, however as quickly as you can move from one room to the next out of combat. It would mean I would have to make several drafts of the same maps. Is naming the rooms helpful? That way you can name what room you are in or you move threw or search?
Krusten you are right now in the blood seal room. Praos is on the lower level next to the dirt pit in the center of the room.

Blinking one final time, returns the world to its former state. The tears have finally washed away the specs of dust and he can continue searching the sand pile in front of him. The rest of the group have entered moments ago, and they were inspecting a seal of some sort. He thought of going there and taking a look since he is familiar with the arcane, but he keeps his focus set in front of him .
Out of Character: : Soz guys had a lot of work to do in the past few days .
It takes a moment for him to dig up what was in a hast hidden beneath the dirt but soon Praos pulls a sack bag up from under the dirt. It is tied off with some string and matches the sacks the rest of you have, only this one is stuffed with items.
Praos pulls the sack out of the dirt and stands holding it still unopened, dusting the last of the dirt off of it.
In Character: Krusten says, "Before you open that let me examine it."
Out of Character: Krusten has trap sense: (Search 20) if everything is OK with it she will let tsila know and go to the next room which is (?) I'm a bit lost with directions at the moment.
In Character:
Krusten looks over the bag while Praos holds it out. It is not trapped.
Out of Character:
Krusten the next room is down the dark steps and hallway in to the acid pit room threw a mettle door.
This would be on the lower end of the map I am re-posting the map hope it helps.
