Pollution Canada

I live right beside the largest oil refinery in Canada, and from what I have been told by the people who work there they release the waste up into the sky on foggy days because paying a fine for being caught is cheaper than disposing of it properly. It's funny how this same company has billboards saying how they plant trees and help save the environment.
