A 13-YEAR-old schoolgirl was abducted and gang-raped
Police said the secondary school pupil got into a purple vehicle at Knox Street, San Fernando at around 1.10 p.m, and asked to be taken to Library Corner.
The schoolgirl said the driver proceeded to Harris Promenade, where he picked up two other men.
She told police one of the men placed a bag over her head, pulled a string around her neck, and ordered her to stay still.
She said one of the men stuck an object to the back of her neck and threatened to kill her.
The girl reported that she was taken to a house in an unknown location and raped, while the bag was still over her head.

Wow are these the type of crimes you guys have to deal with? I wonder what are the statistics for gang rape in that little island. I would like to know also if the people involved in this awful crime has been caught and if the victim is receiving proper counseling.
I don't believe they have found the persons responsible for this horrific crime as I am posting this info. I read a couple of the T&T news papers and even have a couple of internet radio stations. No info on there being a viable suspect its unreal when you read the crime stats in such a small nation .
Detection and solving crimes are very low that is what gives rise to crime and is even scarier than the crime rate itself. If criminals know they are likely to be caught then the crime rate will automatically come down.
