Q. Who are you people?
A. We are a web design team servicing the world with professional web design.

Q. Who is on your team?
A. JB is the main man in the whole thing (owner/designer) and LDS_forever is the (co-owner/translator/director). We also have certain key team members around the world that help us with coding or translations such as Russian or Hebrew. We do not hire a full time staff in order to keep costs to a minimum, everything out sourced is by contract.

Q. How many web sites have you designed?
A. Hundreds of complete sites and thousands of web pages.

Q. How long have you been design web sites?
A. Since 1998.

Q. Are you qualified and registered?
A. Yes! We are both certified in what we do and a registered tax paying business with the government of Trinidad & Tobago.

Q. What kind of sites do you design?

Q. What are your prices like? Do you have a price list?

Q. How long does it take to design a site?
A. That depends on how complexed is your prospective site. We can design a one page site in a day and a very large multi page site within about three weeks.

Q. Will I be able to update my site for myself after you are completed?
A. That depends on what services you purchase. Sites that reside on our server are only updated by us, if you need to update it for yourself then we will need to set you up on your own server for a fee.

Q. Are you hiring?
A. We out source as needed. Most requests are for programmers and / or translators of languages for which we do not have a contractor.

Q. Do you ever design sites for free?
A. No, unless it is a charitable organization located within Trinidad or Tobago.

Q. Do you give lessons?
A. Only as part of a package and for the purpose of the new web site owner being able to update their site.

Q. How do most of your clients find you?
A. Advertising, our online sites and referrals.

Q. If I give you a referral, will I get anything out of it?
A. Yes we give 10% of the value of the site your referral purchases towards your own web site!

Q. Are you able to design web sites for anyone in the world?
A. Yes, the internet allows us to do business with anyone in the whole world.

A. Generally no, if a client wants something similar to another site then we will do our best to bring the similarity without infringing on the copyright of the site in question.

Q. Do you accept requests for reserve updating where we pay you a monthly amount to upkeep our website?
A. Yes! Especially in these times where scripted sites are constantly under attack or your customer's needs change.
