PROVO, Utah - BYU graduate Patrick Tedjamulia along with his two
associates, graduate Chris Deaver and current student Jetmir Hysialong,
have created the International Mentoring Network, a Web-based organization
that helps students contact individuals in any field for career advice.
This is a very good idea and I hope it is used to its potential. At my company, every employee is required to have a mentor within the company, with whom they share work experiences and learn the culture of the company and how to best address their career needs. Mentoring is a vital key to growth in a person, and I applaud the efforts of those who try to promote it.
