Turkey is on the brink of being turned into an Islamic state like Iran and the founder of modern Turkey, Ataturk, must be rolling in his grave. He wanted the exact opposite for Turkey. Erdoğan is setting himself up to be a dictator. This has to make Greece nervous and possibly some of his Arab neighbors too. It only 100 years ago that the Ottoman Empire actually fell, and that Empire ruled all of the Middle East at one time.
