Out of Game: The round just ended. Captain is now engaged in melee with Arathriel.

Byron ran towards Zed, and is now level with him. Zed is running towards the front of the inn.


Kevon stands at the top of the stairs, oddly hesitant. He wears a pained grimace on his face as Arathriel and the Captain engage in combat.


The defender watching Forthan begins heading for the alley, leaving Forthan, Riley, and the Barmaid untended.

Once the defender turns and leaves Forthan, Riley and the barmaid Forthan will usher them to a safe place across the street. He will tell her to hide here and then will go back to see what help he can be to the others.

Forthan will attempt to sneak up behind the closest defender and strike him a blow to the head to knock him out. Sneak roll: 16, to hit: 17, Init roll: 14

Forthan - Your attempt at stealth is ruined as the boards beneath your feet issue a loud squeak. The defender turns and faces you just in time to catch your blow in his face. He hits the ground, unconscious. Just as he falls, another defender turns the corner from the alley. He seems stunned for a moment, then he begins running across the street, trying to escape.


Byron - Your dagger flies true, striking the running defender on his left shoulder, he clutches at it but keeps running, he turns the corner to the street, leaving your line of sight.


Quasar - Your club misses, flying wide, it hits the door frame and bounces to the ground.


Zed is holding his action, running to the street.

Out of Game: I will post Captains action once Arathriel posts.

Mid Round Results- Round 2
Defender 1- Incapacitated - Gut wound, Dying
Defender 2- Injured - Left Shoulder, Bleeding
Defender 3- Unconcsious - No serious injury
Captain - Slightly Injured - Grease on Right Hand, having difficulty gripping weapons.

Party - Uninjured

Oinodaemon's "Into The Darkness" 3.5 RPG

Forthan will do a search of the defender to see if he has a key to the manacles on him plus make sure he has no weapons about him once he wakes up. If he has a key Forthan will remove the manacles and place them on the defender. He will relieve him of any valuables too. Once that is done Forthan will drag the defender into the alley back where he first met the others. After that is done he will se that any other defenders injured are taken to the same place. After making sure they are also manacled Forthan will bind any wounds.

Arathriel continues to attack the captain swing with his chain antrying to knock his feet out from under him and continues to try to nick his shield out of his hands..

The Captain attacks Arathriel with his knife, but he misses both attacks, and the second leaves him exposed for a counter.


Arathriel - Your first attack (counter) lands successfully, you manage to hit the captain solidly on his shield arm with your chain. Your second attack misses. You hit again on your third attack, smacking the captain solidly on his right thigh.


End of Round Results - Round 2
Defender 1- Incapacitated - Gut wound, Dying
Defender 2- Injured - Left Shoulder, Bleeding
Defender 3- Unconcsious - No serious injury
Captain - Injured - Grease on Right Hand, having difficulty gripping weapons, Right Leg wounded, Left Arm wounded.

Party - Uninjured
