If we walk into that village empty-handed, and just ask for our people back, we'll wind up being prisoners alongside them. The villagers won't give us anything unless we give them a reason to do so.
If we take these natives here, we'll have something to bargain with. If we don't, we die, our friends die, and the mission fails.
I can take one of these guys, and, if you're willing to draw your guns and point them, we can control the whole group. This is the best opportunity we're likely to get.
So regardless of what you decide, I'm grabbing one of these guys. Because I'd rather die fighting than walk into a stew pot.
Out of Character: You got a first hand example of what happens when you don't put your actions. In JB's game your character's actions totally affect those of the others so its not like you have to post actions immediately after he updates the game you really do have 2 days.
Out of Character: : I don't what to leave you hanging another two days. I'm trying to respond in a timely manner in order to advance the game. I imagine you all are getting bored with being stuck in the village. And I really thought taking hostages was our best and only option.
