"No, I've got this," Artemis says, then catches Gault as he starts to stumble. She sighs, "Maybe you're right."
She gives up Gault's backpack, drapes Gault's arm over her shoulders, and says, softly, "Easy there, sailor. We gotta make it past the MP's."
She laughs, "This is how every shore leave I've ever been on has ended."
She turns her attention back to Seth."What about you?" She asks with concern, "How are you holding up?"

"Hey Uhura, I think our wait is over... Look who just came into the village!" He points over to the new comers. "They're probably the ones that base mentioned but one of them looks like he is already injured."

With his pack near him, Gault reaches in and switches on his comms and sets it for out going only, so that none of the chatter will be heard in the hut.

Deciding her outfit needs a little more on top, Artemis goes back, cuts out two big triangles from the blanket, and ties them together to make a halter top.

Then she walks, the mylar making soft krinkly noises, to the where the other party members are. In her matching silver top and sarong, she looks like some demented low-budget sci fi goddess. Or a backup dancer for a '70s funk band.

Eyes and hands blackened with charcoal, she approaches the group. "May I sit with you?" She asks, smiling. "Artemis McKenzie, and I am so glad to meet you." She extends her hand, realizes you won't want to shake it, because it's all covered in charcoal, and reels it back in. Looking at her hand, she gets an idea.
She licks her lips, kisses the palm, and when she's done, her lips are as black as her eyes. "Oh! I've got to see how this looks!" She pulls out her communicator, snaps a selfie, and checks it out. "That's wicked!" She gleefully exclaims. We should do a group shot! No? Okay, maybe later."

Then she wipes the rest of the charcoal on her arms trying to make tiger stripes, but soon gets bored with that.

"So.. Yeah. We're the rescue party." She laughs, "How have you been?"
