Out of Character: Why do you guys keep calling it "Soap"? Could be something more high tech. *shrug*. Anyway, a very long squad order has been posted. Maybe this time we can get over this equipment hurdle and get on with the mission.
In Character: Nathan doesn't show any evident reaction to the awesome display of technological capabilities. He looks around, rising his thick eyebrows: the effect is similar to a slow motion of a forest trying to climb uphill. He still has doubts.
Specific Action: Nathan will ask a few questions, before accepting the mission.
1: Why us? With such an advanced technology, a group of soldiers would have made a better choice since they would have coupled the implanted knowledge with proper military training.
2: Why? The intelligence services already provided a good deal of information to the military. Are they investing money and resources only to have a bunch of improvised explorers peek in a cavern and say "Hey! The crystals are there, just like you said they would".
3: How will you know what we will need or not need once deployed? If you can monitor our every move, what can we eventually add to your ability to acquire information?
4: What will you do with the information we will collect? Ethics is not at the top of the priority list, but still it would be nice to have an idea about it. Just to put the conscience to rest.
5:Assuming this is not a hoax, how can we be sure we will not be sacrificed once our knowledge will change status from "Needed" to "Potentially embarassing for the military"? Nobody has to know who are we and who we work for, like you said. That means that you will not be so happy to have us roaming freely after the mission is accomplished: who knows somebody could talk too much?
Out of Character: Bruconero you think they have us done for or you're just being super cautious?
In Character: Major is stumped about his new memories. He wickedly thinks about what could be done with that kind of technology to some of his enemies. They would love the nightmares he can come up with if he had an hour or so with them.
Major is taken by surprise by all the questions Nathan has but since they're good questions he doesn't do anything to interrupt.
Specific Action: Major listens to the answers of Nathan's questions.
In Character: Thomas is impressed by the technology's effect on him, he wanted to tell the commander about it but since Nathan is talking to the commander now Thomas doesn't say anything and listens instead.
Specific Action: Don't say anything to the commander (For now maybe) and listen instead.
Out of Character: Bruconero you're like a regular leader. Everyone always wants to hear the answers to your character's questions before they do anything.
In Character: Lars closes his eyes, taking in the impressive display of technology. He listens carefully as Nathan asks his questions, but says nothing.
Specific Action: Lars waits quietly for deployment
