Out of Character: Hey there is logic to all of this. The more skills in our group the more likely we are to survive.

Some skills that might be needed:

Geography, were going in the jungle right?

Geologist, chemistry, survival, etc.

Brainstorm RPG Biowarfare Jungle

Agree a range of skills will be valueable. Based off the mission I think the following would be useful.

Neural=we are here to study the tribe, we need to figure out how their mind works.

Chemistry=we can figure out tribal diets, any religious acts that use chemicals (spice, smoke, wine, incense, drink, etc.) (and find a untraceable agent that binds with it and release it into the water and KILL THEM ALL. Sorry I went crazy for a second (but you can see the value of this). More importantly they use poison darts we need to find out of what and a counter to these fast.

Geogrphay and Geologist ecause of the real reason we are here the crystrals (money)

Can our team leader post and ask what the Planet Stats and Laws are so we know what to expect and if we need to load any different than we already are.

Out of Character: I don't know about the other skills but Survival sounds like essential. Let's wait for Oinodaemon and see what he will add to the group. As for killing all the tribe: I agree! How can an engineer like Nathan earn his honest salary if people keep living in a primitive way? Wipe them out, Major! (laugh)

Out of Character: I hope you two are kidding about the kill thing, this will be anything but killing. Our mission is a fact finding one that an assault although I doubt it will remain that way its not our first intention.

Very much kidding. We should avoid combat. But the information we get will most likely be used to kill these people should our employers not find a way to get the crystal peacefully.

Out of Character: Funny you should say this because we are in that same position as with the arctic scenario... Who is hiring us? Knowing this can go a long way in determining what facts we present to them once we find out.

Out of Character: This time we should know that. I might be wrong, but I believe we are being hired by the Army. They said they had a use for us when they picked us up in the arctic base and, from the introduction to this new scenario, I thought we would work for those same people.

Out of Character: Do we really know who picked us up? There was no specific country specified and they can say anything. Even government missions can be under the table and if anything happens to you they claim to not be involved. For all we know the same people that recruited us for the arctic mission also are doing this one and they're just playing dumb about it.
