Out of Character: I was trying to point that out earlier, that role-playing just whatever affects the other characters involved. I could just say Uhura goes ballistic and kills everyone in the squad and then claim that is how Uhura is but that will be plain dumb.
All the Role-playing Games are like that it even happens sometimes that the GM runs off too. That's why I stick here, I know JB isn't running off, can't say much for the other Game Master's or the players.
Out of Character: What I meant in that reply to your post was that, if Uhura's natural reaction would be going ballistic you should do that even if it would create a mess in the game. Role-playing games are meant to be realistic and people in real life react in strange ways. That's why we play, otherwise it would be just rolling dice and posting sterile actions like in those book games like "Oberon" That were so popular about 20 years ago.
This is my opinion, of course, and not a truth revealed.
Yes, you have a point about our master not going anywhere but other games are quite stable also....
Out of Character: You know if any of you don't have a medical background or a medical kit you should radio Uhura and she can come back to help Lars.
In Character: Talking to Major, "Bet you wished you kept walking now huh?" She says it with a smug face.
In Character: Major is relived, "Thank you, thank you!" He puts back on his pants sort of embarrassed about the whole thing. "Yeah, I got sort of side tracked there, sorry. I think the others will be in pain enough to come running for help too."
Out of Character: From what I got reading the game update, looks like Nathan is the only one aware of what is happening to Lars. So I will post my action without considering the one posted by KNtoran. After that, if both of us will end up helping him out it will be even better.
Out of Character: That's how I read it too but you can always shout out to Seth and Thomas for help.
