
In Character: Major is a bit unsure at first but seeing that they drank he will also do the same asking Uhura to watch his back.
In Character: Uhura agrees and checks all around for anything that might be an ambush or surprise.
Out of Character: I hope they don't lead us to some big cauldron of oil and then have us for dinner.
In Character: "We were just doing some biological research in your wonderful forest" Says Major as humbly as possible not knowing if he can fool the man.
In Character: Uhura says nothing but just smiles and shakes her head to confirm what Major said.
In Character: Relieved that the chief did not decide to boil him for dinner, Major follows the woman hoping that he is not wrong about the tribe or their chief,
In Character: Uhura feels good about the whole thing and follows along cheerfully while taking in all the village has to offer.
In Character: Major leans over to Uhura, "I think we will be safe here so long as we don't make ourselves look hostile."
In Character: Uhura shakes her head back at Major but she isn't so sure. She remembered reading about native tribes that ate humans and they were friendly, the thought makes her shiver a bit.
