Gee, you have to wonder if it is rigged...
Go to https://www.google.com enter the word 'failure' and then click 'I'm Feeling Lucky' and see the results!

That absolutely had to be rigged! The word failure did not appear anywhere on the page, so why would a search on that word even take you there?

It happens when there are lots of websites linking the word to that particular website. It is rigged in a way, because a lot of blogs (the most active websites) have done this.
A couple of months ago, a whole lot of blogs linked the word "waffles" to the Kerry campaign. If you google the word "waffles", you will probably still find the Kerry campaign as one of the top 10 responses.

Results Engine Search Weird
The specific term for it is "Google bombing".
If enough text links are placed to a site using a particular word, google indexes it and you can see the result. Strange, but true.
