Krusten and Felipe runs back to the highway. She cannot see the escaping men but she does notice unusual congestion on the highway, apparently there was an accident.

Meanwhile...

A little after...

Kntoran waits for the police, two squad cars show up eventually with lights swirling and siren sounding. Four armed officers come out of their cars with their guns raised trying to ascertain the situation.

Krusten notices a police helicopter circling over head, they seem to be investigating the highway and possibly her!

The police as usual demands everyone to come out with their hands high, assume the position on the ground, etc.

Those at the house of the men comply with the demands. You are searched and items that are weapons are taken from you. They handcuff your hands in the front of your body rather than behind saying you are being temporarily detained until they can figure out what happened.

After awhile...

Krusten then approaches and the police question her presence but do not detain her in the same way as Felipe, Shifter and Assassin. The police start to search the area as you can hear more police sirens coming your way. A police helicopter hovers over.

One of the officers pulls out his notebook and asks for you to tell them what went on here as more police, CSI and so forth start emerging on the property.

The police take your information.

You can hear a report about a woman's car being hijacked from the highway. Police cars are in pursuit.

You see the police helicopter and some of the squad cars leave the area in a hurry.

Your handcuffs are taken off but you are told you will need to go to the police station for questioning but you wonder if you won't serve better helping the police capture the men on the run.

The police assure you that they are 'taking care of it' and do not need your help. The process takes hours and you eventually end up at the police station giving a formal report. You are informed that CSI did find evidence that these bank robbers were the suspects because they had marked bills in their home. Unfortunately, they once again got away and the police scold you for not seeking them first and using vigilante tactics. One thing they do not understand is the dead dogs in the field and ask you to explain. You give them a story and then are sent on your way during the night. You are hungry and tired. You try to think of clues that could help you figure out where these men may have gone.

You rest the night and then meet back at a common location.

Krusten checks the news and sure enough yesterday's inncident is being reported as an update to the million dollar black hooded criminals. It seems that they shot someone's tires on the highway thus causing an accident that slowed everyone down they then hijacked a car and sped off. It is not clear if the police know where they went.

With Shifter at the steering wheel of his car the rest of you hop in and drive out to the ranch of the robbers. You see every thing is closed up but one thing is readily clear: police tape is around most of the place. You will have to remove it to enter through the doors which you have not checked yet. You do notice that the van and pickup have been removed, you assume by the police. There are no dogs either, all is quiet.
