As Krusten starts to ask the men about their ability to escape from police they begin to laugh.
"We're just really good at what we do."
Then their face turns to fright as a wounded looking lion struts in slowly. The men start to curse and backup on the ground as though it would lead to some kind of escape.
"OK, OK we'll talk!"
The men start to reveal how they work for this 'boss' at the waterfront. At first he only needed a few banks robbed but they were getting so good at hypnotizing workers that they kept on doing it.
"That's all really..."
They keep watching the lion as though any minute they will become rare steaks to him.
Meanwhile...
Assassin is busy dragging the body of Felipe towards the barn.
GM: Starting from now each Player is responsible for their Character actions and will place this in the newly named, "Super Hero ACTIONS - String Of Robberies Role-playing Game " Thread. Say what you wish to do now.
Assassin brings the body into the barn and then joins up with Shifter and Krusten who are in the process of interrogating your prisoners.
As the robbers see the lion licking his long teeth they start to spurt out what you believe to be the truth,
"OK, OK! We'll tell you! There is someone in the docs that everyone knows as the Boss but he also has his own boss, but no one has ever met him. Anyway, we were told that certain bank employees were hypnotized for us so they would delay the bank alarm and give us time to get away. I think the boss who showed our Boss how to do this is somewhere in Egypt now. That's all we know, promise, just don't eat us!"
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
Krusten prods, as the others listen, to get more information from the men but they seem to be just lackeys to their boss. You have the feeling its the same man you once met briefly at the wharf.
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
Krusten senses no danger as she insists that the men do not lie. They confirm they are telling you all the truth. Shifter leaves and returns in his human form still suffering from his wounds while Assassin looks on.
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
Assassin feels assured by the way the men are tied that they will not be able to escape easily and given their wounds, which are making them weaker by the minute, they will likely need medical attention soon.
Meanwhile...
Krusten looks around for a sack and find instead some old rough loth covering a ceased mechanical farm machine that can be used for Felipe's body.
After awhile...
Shifter leaves and returns with his high end car. You load the body of Felipe in the rough cloth and then into the trunk of the car.
GM: Say what you wish to do now.
Shifter's delays is causing his wounds to deepen, the walk to his car making it worst.
GM: -5 to each of your attributes.
Meanwhile...
Assassin assures the robbers that an ambulance will be sent. They look too weak to even care and you wonder if they will survive.
Around this time...
Krusten puts the bags of money you found near the robbers.
GM: Say what you wish to do now. I think some multi-tasking should be done here. These actions seem mundane and could be done in 1-2 posts for the most rather than over so many.
Epilogue
With Felipe's body in the trunk and the robbers and money they stole secure in the barn you take your leave. You call the police and give them the details. The next day you see the police making an announcement of the capture of the thieves thanks to some of their 'personal' sources.
You are requested to make a full report of what happened at the station if you want to collect the reward. You will need to decide if this is something you want to do or not.
GM: This ends this Scenario. Your decision can be left for the beginning of the next game. Add 5% to one of your attributes. We will break here for awhile. See if anyone new is interested and reconvene probably in the beginning of October 2013.
