Out of Character: I just plan to follow them and see if they may be the robbers. If they prove to be the robbers I will come back and we all will go get them.

Specific Action: Assassin stays with the victim and explains to the police what they saw and did including the muggers that escaped.

In Character: Assassin tries to talk to the man, "Are you alright? Can you hear me?"
