Child Sexual Abuse In Trinidad & Tobago

This Topic makes me angry sometimes. How adults can harm children in this way is beyond civility and worthy of the full punishment of the law. We have many International Law Topics on this but not one focusing on Child Sexual Abuse In Trinidad & Tobago. Today on TV6 it was reported that in the Central District alone there were 800 reports of sexual abuse for the year already, and that's just the ones that were reported. What are your thoughts?
