What are your thoughts about the TV6 News report about the dogs of a Rastafarian known as "Zion" that were apparently killed by poison?

Unfortunately, I heard about these from [another social network] and not from the TV6 report. I heard that they were poisoned allegedly by a Mr. Preudhomme who is some kind of representative for the area and had been threatening to do away with the animals for some time.

My view is that whoever perpetrated the acts should be charged for cruelty to animals. We in Trinidad & Tobago shouldn't allow the illegal killing of animals and he/ she should be brought to justice.

I did see the TV 6 report with all the dogs piled up one on top of the other on the pavement. I was shocked that it could be a councilor for the area, I was expecting them to say it was a neighbor or some enemy of the man.

I saw pictures of the poor dogs in the newspaper and I was so angry beyond belief! This man should be charged and put to jail! He showed no remorse for what he did, people like that shouldn't be allowed to walk the streets.
