Elder Ballard said the following:
QUOTE In our Heavenly Father's great priesthood endowed plan, men have the unique responsibility to administer the priesthood, but they are not the priesthood. Men and women have different but equally valued roles. Just as women cannot conceive a child without a man, so a man cannot fully exercise the power of the priesthood, to establish an eternal family without a woman. In other words, in the eternal perspective, both the procreative power and priesthood power are shared by a husband and wife."
It seems like Elder Ballard was reading about the discussions online about women having the Priesthood.

There were a couple of interesting quotes during the Priesthood session. For the young men specifically they talked about bullying and making fun of others. These are just paraphrasing quotes of some of the things that were said:
QUOTE Do not mock or tease on quorum meeting, all need to feel safe and respected. Priesthood holders never use filthy language or demean others.
Also:
QUOTE We are here to minister to others like the Savior did, start in our own homes by saying thank you to our mother.
We minister when we are kind, treat siblings like best friends and, get this, help the Dad as the co spiritual leader in the home."

Is there something missing on this quote? How is the son the co-spiritual leader in the home? Isn't the mother?

183rd Annual General Conference
Rosemary Wixom, General Primary President talked about the way we speak to our children and the effect those words have on them. Paraphrasing:
QUOTE ...One of the greatest influences a person can have in this world is to influence a child. Children's beliefs and self-worth are shaped early in their lives. Everyone has the power to increase a child's confidence in himself or herself and to increase a child's faith in Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ through the words they speak.
May the words we speak and write to our children reflect the love our Heavenly Father has for His Son, Jesus Christ, and for us. And then may we pause to listen, for a child is most capable of speaking great and marvelous things in return.
President Uchtdorf talked about God's light amidst our challenges:
QUOTE There may be some among you who feel darkness encroaching upon you. You may feel burdened by worry, fear, or doubt. To you and to all of us, I repeat a wonderful and certain truth-God's light is real.
Spiritual light rarely comes to those who merely sit in darkness waiting for someone to flip a switch. It takes an act of faith to open our eye to the Light of Christ.
Elder Clayton spoke about Marriage as well as unrighteous dominion:
QUOTE Practices from any place or any time in which husbands have dominated wives or treated them in any way as second-class partners in marriage are not in keeping with the divine law and should be replaced by correct principles."
President Thomas S. Monson spoke about obedience:
QUOTE The knowledge which we seek, the answers for which we yearn, and the strength which we desire today to meet the challenges of a complex and changing world can be ours when we willingly obey the Lord's commandments
