Cedrosian Introduction

I was amazed by the lack of information about what occurs during an identification parade. if someone is identified (not the suspect) that person WILL NEVER BE CHARGED. It simply means that the witness did not recognize the suspect, it however does not mean that the SUSPECT goes free, there may be other cogent and compelling evidence linking him/her to the crime
