Weapon Finesse is best for characters who have a higher Dexterity than Strength. Best use of this feat would be for a Rouge.
Definitely a bonus for those who lack strength but have the dexterity to do some damage but not as good as if you had the strength modifier instead. BUT you need to make sure your character is light because any heavy armor, shield or weapon will bring you a penalty in combat.
