Comments: Is there a good bicep exercise that lengthens it? My biceps look odd like they only cover the upper part of my arm so there is a bg gap between my elbow and the bicep.
I agree to a point with JB, your biceps gets worked out while you do most other exercises. That said, I do three body parts at a time when I work out and I work out six days a week with one "Holiday" where I don't workout and eat what I want. That means I work out with biceps exercises twice a week. My favorite two exercises, if I may be so bold as to add one, is the inclined dumbbell bicep curl, and standing bicep concentration curl. The concentration curl because it gives you a good pump and the fumble curl because it helps elongate the muscle. That said, I'm on a maintenance program and it really depends what your goals are (Mass, strength, flexibility, size, maintenance) when determining which exercises to do.
