Do you have any facts to back this up?
I'm not saying I can remember a time it happen, I can remember times I think it happen. But I don't remember who said any prayers in the last conference.
I think Woman do say prayers, Its just there are more Men to pick from (All the Seventy) vs the RS, YM, Primary Presidency.
I don't know if I would say Never.
I don't have a link if that's what you're asking but feel free to make a search on conferences and you'll see women for some reason don't offer prayers in general conference. I'm curious as to why. Hope some members here may have the answer.

It is common knowledge sisters dont offer prayers in general conference in the old times sisters werent allowed to offer prayers in sacrament meeting r but hey we're in 2009 you know what am I saying? The sisters should offer prayers as often as the priesthood holders in general conference.... We have a long way to go.
I'm very disturbed to announce that the same feminist group that had the silly idea of the "Wear pants to Church" day are making an online petition and having pages in different social networks requesting people to write to a few General Authorities and ask them to allow sisters to pray in Conference this coming April. I find the whole thing absolutely disrespectful! Church isn't a place for any sort of protest. What's the big deal anyways? We have our own conference why isn't enough? Let the leaders LEAD this Church!
The obvious answer is that women do not hold the priesthood. But, since when do you need to hold the priesthood in order to pray? Obviously, you don't. The difference here is that you are representing the whole conference as mouth when you pray. It may be that the Brethren feel that in that situation, it would be better to have a priesthood holder act as mouth in the prayer representing the whole Church. Just speculating.
I heard about the petition I didn't know Mormons weren't allowed to make petitions. How come? I don't know much about the mormon church but I thought they were pretty open minded.
