Welcome to the site. I think you need to learn to enjoy the site rather to make your start a questioning of it's rules otherwise you're just setting yourself up for trouble. Simply said "Relax". I don't even think of the rules really because I see it as being here to make the place safe and pleasant to participate in. If you're here for Role-playing Games then just go for that there many active ones happening.

Like FairMaiden said, rules are there to assist the community, to make it enjoyable for everybody. Answering to your question: rules are not for debate because otherwise they would not be rules. If you think about it, every human organization based on a system of defined rules doesn't allow it's members to debate those rules. This is true for National Governments as well as for the BoyScouts. If all the members started to question this one rule or that one regulation, the organization itself would lose authority and, as a consequence, stability.

So let's get this straight. You join a site with rules and from the very beginning insist that they be changed. I did not realize that you were such a VIP.

The only thing I said was:
I agree with the site rules, but in my opinion based on my own beliefs is that not rules is out of debate, but, I will not act on my beliefs, I will not try to defy or question them, the community does not have this kind of opening so I will just do what I came to do in the first place: play RPG.

I am clear on that point?
I will not go against the rules neither I will not question them, if you think they are perfect this way, ok, I will not say anything.

And Attitude: what do you mean? I did not insisted on that, I merely asked why I could not question the rules out here, I got my answer, its not about being "VIP", its about being honest with myself. I hope you do not think honesty is a bad thing.

That matter for me is finished (unless someone have something to say).
