Salad Dressing

Yum yum, I love salad, but only when it has just the right salad dressing on it! Which is your favorite?

Dressing Salad

My favorite is Ranch dressing. I will absolutely drown my salad in Ranch dressing. My second favorite would be Caesar. Thousand Island would probably be my least favorite.

I love Thousand Island, but you know what... simple Mayo is great too. I do not care for Italian, but LDS is a fanatic of it so I end up eatting it too.

Dressing Salad

I have never heard of this. Do you just spread it on the salad, or do you thin it down with something?

I voted for blue cheese. I couldn't stand it growing up, but I became accustomed to the taste as an adult and now I like it a lot. My favorite salad dressing wasn't on the survey, kind of a sweet and sour poppy seed dressing. I know, too many dressings to list. I like italian, ranch, and french as well.

Offtopic but, My children will not TOUCH salad, and I have tried everything I know of. Any suggestions?

Dressing Salad

I like them all, but voted for Honey Mustard. This is very easy to make with a little of honey, mustard, and mayonnaise -- just about equal parts. Mix to taste. Delicious!!

I voted for French, but I also like taking some of the juice from a can of pineapple or pears and mixing it in a shaker with Miracle Whip or a similar dressing.

Offtopic but, Dawn, on getting kids salad (or anything), my parents just made it clear that there were always two choices for dinner - take it or leave it. We served ourselves (with parental guidance), and if we didn't eat what we took, it was in the fridge for the next meal. Very few leftover half-eaten spaghetti experiences were enough to make me want to eat it the first time.

I don't eat that many salads, but I just love thousand islands. It goes well with almost everything.

My favourite, favourite, favourite is Italian!!! I just LOVE the way it tastes!!!! The salad with this dressing goes so great with a nice lasagna and garlic bread! *yummy*
