Sergeant Scott Biumi
Man, there are some crazy folks out there. How can this guy be a cop? He gets angry like that because of food? There is a video on the link provided as well.
A teenager had the scare of his life when an off duty police sergeant pulled a gun on him for holding up the drive through line at McDonald's.
DeKalb County, Georgia Police sergeant Scott Biumi, 48, was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault after allegedly pulling a gun on a customer at the drive-through line at McDonald's.
The incident was captured by security cameras in the restaurant. It showed a man in a business suit pulling a gun and pointing it at a driver who was waiting at the drive through window. The driver, 18-year-old Ryan Mash, had no idea that the man was a police officer. According to Mash, the man accused him of "holding up the line". The sergeant screamed at the teenager while pointing a gun at him.
After the incident, Biumi drove away but not before the teenager got his licence plate number. Mash called police, and officers traced the the tag number and the vehicle description to DeKalb County police sergeant Biumi. They also reviewed Mcdonald's surveillance camera where Biumi was identified by witnesses and arrested.
