Hi Jenni, JB told me he sent you back the right sized image that you can upload because yours was too big.
Next to the upload field it says the limits:
QUOTE UPLOAD an IMAGE to this message. Format: .JPG
Maximum pixel size: 500x600
Maximum image size: 150k
Maximum pixel size: 500x600
Maximum image size: 150k
Yours was 614x1024 which is over the limits.
