In an exclusive interview with CNN, the two brothers of Cleveland kidnapping suspect Ariel Castro say they knew nothing of the crimes their brother is accused of.

"In a minute, I would call the cops because that ain't right," Pedro Castro, 54, said in an interview with CNN's Martin Savidge.

"Would never even think of something like that," Onil Castro, 50, said.

Ariel Castro, 52, faces charges of rape and kidnapping in connection with the decade-long captivity of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.

Pedro and Onil Castro were taken into custody when Ariel Castro was arrested, but authorities later said they had no evidence connecting the two to the captive women. Ref. CNN

It would be wrong to accuse people without having any proof or real evidence about their involvement, but I find it hard to believe that these two didn't know absolutely anything about what was going on with their brother. A single episode could still go unseen but something that lasted for ten years? It would be peculiar, at least, if they didn't suspect anything. Moreover, the victims are three just like the brothers. Anyway, what the girls will testify about this terrible story will be the foundation on which justice will base its course.

On Mother's Day it is such a great thing for their mother's to be reunited with their missing daughters. What a tragic case, those girls went through misery.

In an exclusive interview with CNN, Ariel Castro's brothers say they no longer refer to him as kin. Instead, they call him "A monster" Who should rot in jail after being accused of kidnapping and holding three young women hostage in his home for a decade.

"I had nothing to do with this, and I don't know how my brother got away with it for so many years," Pedro Castro, 54, said when he and brother Onil Castro, 50, sat down with CNN's Martin Savidge this weekend.

Ariel Castro, 52, faces charges of rape and kidnapping in the decade-long captivity of Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus and Michelle Knight.

Pedro and Onil were taken into custody when Ariel Castro was arrested, but authorities later said they had no evidence connecting the two to the captive women. The men have been receiving death threats and are in hiding an undisclosed location.

The Castro brothers say they are grateful the three girls are finally free and safe, but they are haunted by missing clues and hunted by the media. Ref. CNN

That's fantastic news that these women and child have been found and rescued, but I really hope if all 3 were involved in the kidnappings/ rapes then all 3 should be brought to justice.
It looks like at least 1 will be found guilty at least, and I hope he gets all that he deserves for these heinous acts.

If the brothers are really innocent then they will become victims of this story. Not only being associated with a "Monster", but also having to defend themselves from those that will never believe in their innocence. Their families (if they have) will suffer because of this for many years.

Even if they won't admit it Americans have a natural distrust or dislike for Hispanics because of the illegal entry into the US from their borders. When they see crimes like this one it makes them even more angry.
