Haha, I am one strange eater. Probably the strangest things about me. Here are some of my quirks.
-I eat Hot Pockets by slicing it open on the side, laying it flat, scraping the meat and cheese out, eat the bread part then eat the insides.
-I don't eat toasted things, so any directions that say "Toast" I disregard. I don't even toast TOAST, for heaven's sake. Everything goes in the microwave.
-I refuse to eat ANY condiments, including ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise or ranch.
(Although, exceptions for barbeque sauce are occasionally made.)
And lastly...
-Any and all food that I eat has to be eaten equally- For example, if I have a plate of fries, a hamburger and some macaroni and cheese... I have to finish my meal with the last bite of each.
Strange, eh?
If food can be mixed together and then eaten, I'll do it. For instance, when I go to a Mexican resturaunt and order a plate that has beans and rice, I mix the two together before I eat them; if there's no mixing there's no eating. And I can't stand having any fat on the meat I eat. Other than that, I think I'm pretty normal.

2. Eat each portion of food without mixing them together. An example would be: on a plate is chips, chicken and salad, the person eats all the chips, then all the salad, then all the chicken |

My mouth is too big, so I can't drink out of a bottle and leave a space for air to get in. as a result, the bottle gets crunched as I drink, and I have to remove it, let the air come out, and then drink again |
My sister is a category eater - one thing must not touch another on the plate. As for me, I think I eat fairly normally, but I do tend to make noises vocally while I am chewing. This is not a conscious action, and if I concentrate, it does not occur. It is as though I am humming very softly and below my natural range, so it's just a vocal 'gravel.'
Well, I like to eat directly in front of me and spin the plate as I eat. I usually will look at the next bite of food as I'm chewing. I never really thought about it, I don't know if I'm examining for hair or other particles that don't belong in my food. If anyone is with me, I have a terrible habit of trying to talk while my mouth is still full. I like to talk a lot!
I often square or level things off if I can. Like if I am eating a chicken breast, I will cut it into a square as I am eating it, just by habbit. Or if I am eating a bowl of chilly and crackers, I will smooth out the top so it's somewhat flate, take a bite out of it and then smooth the top out again. Does that qualify as unusual?
