What is the most natural safest way to whiten my teeth without causing any damage to the outer casing?
I have heard that over the counter whitening toothpastes are not safe, but I have also heard that they are safe. Here is a website I found in researching this very topic that provides some good info on teeth whitening:

My dentist recommended Colgate Simply White as a safe method for teeth whitening. He also has told me that he notices that people who use these at home whitening agents have less plaque on their teeth when they come to him for cleanings.
I do know that some of the whitening strips can be pretty harsh and if you have a cavity when you use them, they can cause problems, but otherwise, I think they are pretty safe.
The problem with whitening toothpastes is that they are very abrasive. That isn't how Colgate Simply White works.
