I used to speak French pretty fluent, but without practice it all goes away very fast, so I'd like to get my fluency back, because I just like the sound and look of French.

Since we are only talking about two languages, the second would be HTML. A very useful thing nowadays.

I could speak Romanian as a mother language, Italian and English (maybe at the medium level).

I studied French and German in school. Never practice both of them.
