Bush's Last 100 Days the Ones to Watch

Bush and Vice President Cheney represent a failed conservative era -- and they know it. As the administration moves into its last 100 days, there seems to be a flurry of activity: regulations to forestall Obama's new era of accountability; a flood of contracts to reward friends and lock in commitments; a Wall Street bailout that is pumping money out the door.

And don't forget the pardons. Bush will get to pardon several people before he bails, and who do you think will be on the list? Not anyone in your circle of friends, I'm sure, but the high-flying "we can do no wrong" elitists.... that somehow still wound up in prison. This will be interesting, too.

Bush warns against big government
President George W. Bush came out this week and warned about government getting too involved in things and he also touted free market solutions. That would be great and everything---if Bush wasn't dabbling in the big government spending at the same time. It's amazing, politicians seem to know that most Americans want to hear a conservative message---they just don't actually believe that's what you want.
