If you are a fitness freak or just simply a healthy eater then you are bound to have some 'treat' that you use for those 'in between meal' periods, question is... is it healthy? What do you have as a healthy snack?
Healthy snacks are; fruits, grains, nuts, etc. Anything without much preservatives, fats, or sodium can be considered 'healthy snacks'. Some people even use vegetables as a snack - carrot sticks for example.
