Toolbars What
Toolbars are one of those things that really self define themselves. A toolbar is a "bar" or section of your browser that contains specific and special utilities for doing things outside the normal realm of a browser that generally are created to make your internet browsing experience easier and more enjoyable. Like this sites toolbar for instance. It has a link to the site, privacy options, links, rpg's, and even an internet radio player. All these things are designed to enhance your browsing experience and cater it towards your needs and wants.
