Generally what are the favorite Breakfast foods in Trinidad & Tobago? You may also like to consider how individuals in Trinidad & Tobago generally select Morning meals, breakfast time (hours), etc. Are Breakfast foods mostly imported or made in Trinidad & Tobago?

The 'Official' breakfast in T&T is the one and only thing called 'Doubles' which is a street food involving 2 flat breads called 'baras' filled with curry channa (Chick peas) and on top is sauces such as shadon beni, mango sauce, tamarind, etc. It tastes very good and I recommend trying it out if you ever go to T&T, however do not eat it too often as it can be very unhealthy especially eating too much in the early morning.
