Texas Hold'em

Yes, I have joined the craze in Poker and now am addicted to Texas Hold'em. Texas Hold'em is a card based poker game very similar to seven card stud poker. Each player is dealt 2 cards face down then a series of 5 community cards are drawn with betting in between and the best 5 card poker hand from the 2 you have plus any of the 5 on the table wins. What makes this game so fun is that most of the cards are in plain view for everyone to see and use and so it becomes a game of what does the other play have or think they have in their own hand, and what combination can they make. If you haven't played before, check it out on Yahoo! Games; it is an excellent place to start and learn without having to use real money or play with professionals.

My fiancee and I have started playing this after watching a few episodes of Celebrity Poker Showdown. It is a great game. We use poker chips and play money to see who can win the most.

Texas Hold'em Reviews RPG & Card Board

Yes, yes, Poker is a lot of fun, with Texas Hold 'Em being my favorite variant. I find a lot of fun in it even without gambling, but it makes it more interesting when you do. It's a fun event for the whole family, if they're old enough.

Holdem Texas

Texas Hold'em and Omaha are two of my favorite poker games. Sometimes I play online on party poker. Its fun to play with chips in real life even though the chips may or may not have any real value.
