'Covert' surveillance not invasion of privacy?
That's the story according to a 40 year old mother of three in England. After trying to enroll her kids in the neighborhood school, the local education department began spying on her because they suspected she was lying about her address. Everyone always says 'what's the big deal? Camera's solve crimes!' without really considering what could happen. What could happen? They're finding out in England. Ref. Source 9
