As long as my back is covered in case of anything, I'm for it.

I think MAlexander has summarized the plan well. I am also curious about what is in his large sack, but I think we can worry about that after we find out if he is friendly.

Let's start by a friendly "How are you?" and "what are you doing in this area?" Based on his response we can decide if to ask further questions.

I guess we caught the guy off guard with Kiana not being in sight. Oh well, he means us no harm, so not a big deal. I think we should ask him politely what he was doing out here, and if he has seen any suspicious characters. We should also ask if there are any caves around where he has been and where they are located. Also, lets ask about whether there is food and water around these parts and how best to get them. Any thing else we want to ask? We will have Kiana discuss our questions with the hunter.

Oh, yes - asking about food and water will be good. What about the sack? I think we should ask what he has there, but rather casually as to not make him suspicious.

I'll see if I can come up with a way to incorporate most the questions without it seeming like such an overwhelming greeting. Also, I will hold off on asking about the sack. We don't want him to be suspicious of us. After all, I am a thief, and I look like a thief. The last thing we need is him thinking I'm out to rob from him. Of course, that could be fun too...

To the hunter: Good morning. You look as if you've had a busy night. My comrades and I were wondering if there is anything akin to food or water in these parts? Shelter of a cave or such would also be favorable.

I think Ambia's questions are a good start. I also agree that we might want to find out where he has been and what he has seen. Maybe after he responds to Ambia's question, we can tell him we have heard of some really bad characters to the south of here and ask if he has seen any.

Ok, I think we have enough to post to party order, but Maicman has not responded yet. Should I go ahead and post anyway or wait to see if he responds and has anything else to offer? My guess is that we get further into the scenario that quick decisions may have to be made. With Maicman in a very different time zone than the rest of us, how should we approach such situations?
